Audition notice

Applications for our February 2026 auditions are now closed except for classical males. Please follow us on Instagram and Facebook to hear about our next auditions.

We will be holding our next auditions on Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th February 2026, in central London.

We are seeking

- Classical singers who have completed their training (strong choral singers and operatic tenors in particular)

- Trained musical theatre performers with rock/pop voices

- Soul/RnB singers with demonstrable professional gigging experience

- Singer-guitarists with demonstrable professional gigging experience

- Gospel singers with demonstrable professional gigging/performing experience

- Irish singers with a good rep of traditional Irish folk songs and demonstrable gigging/performing experience.

General info on LFS auditions

‍Applicants must have good weekday availability. Please detail this in your application. Please also mention in your application if you drive. We are particularly keen to meet self-employed singers who do work in London but are based out in the Home Counties or beyond.

About Us

The London Funeral Singers have been organising singers and musicians for funerals in London and around the UK since 2015. We offer occasional solo and choir work for funeral services to a select book of auditioned singers. Minimum pay for a funeral service is £100, and we offer contributions towards travel on a discretionary basis.
